John Joseph SOROHAN

John Joseph Sorohan, Gortnagross, Athea, Co. Limerick and formerly of Drumhass, Co. Leitrim, passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the matron and staff at Beechwood House Nursing Home, Newcastle West, on Sunday, 26th May 2024.

John, loving husband of the recently deceased Bridie (née O’Donnell), is very sadly missed by his sons Jimmy and John, daughter Janet, son-in-law Pete, daughter-in-law Claire, grandchildren Seán, Finlay and Phoebe, sisters-in-law Nance (Woulfe), Lily, Doreen and Eileen, brothers-in-law Joe and Timmy, nephews, nieces, all his other relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Harnett’s Funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale on Tuesday, 28th May from 6.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m.

Removal on Wednesday, 29th May to The Church of The Assumption, Abbeyfeale, to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11.00 a.m. Requiem Mass will be live streamed on the following link:

Funeral afterwards to Reilig Íde Naofa Abbeyfeale.
