John Keane

Keane (St. Anne’s Road, Gurranabraher, Cork), on New Year’s Eve 2022 at Cork University Hospital; John (formerly of DOSCO), beloved son of the late Monica and Tom and uncle of the late Thomas Daniel. Loving brother of Denis and Thomas and uncle of Keith, Derek, Graham and Philip. Sadly missed by his brothers, sisters-in-law Kathleen and Deirdre, nephews and their partners, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, great grand-nephew, great friend Pat Sheehan, carers and wonderful friends and neighbours in St. Anne’s Road.

Visitation at O’ Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Thursday January 5th from 5.00pm to 6.00pm, with prayers at 5.45pm. Requiem Mass in The North Cathedral on Friday January 6th at 11.00am which will be live-streamed on https://www.corkcathedral.ie/live-stream/  Funeral afterwards to St. Finbarr’s Cemetery.

John’s family wishes to thank the nurses, doctors and the wonderful staff at Cork University Hospital for the tender care they took of John in his recent illness.
