John passed away peacefully in the Mercy University Hospital, Cork, on Monday, March 25th, 2024.

 

Beloved husband of the late Anne, much loved father of Julie, David, Anita and the late Kathy, cherished granddad of Sharlene, Carmel, Emma, Emily, Tiana, Rhianna and Leo. Dear brother of Michael, Jamsie, Patrick, Susan (Leonard), Margaret (Aherne) and Catherine (O'Brien).

 

Deeply regretted by his loving family, children, son-in-law Noel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in O'Keeffe's Funeral Home, Bank Place, Buttevant (P51 N2NP) on Wednesday evening from 5:00pm to 6:30pm (Rosary at 6:15pm) followed by Reception into St. Mary's Church, Buttevant.

 

Requiem Mass on Holy Thursday at 2:00pm, after which John will be laid to rest in St. Brigid's Cemetery, Buttevant.
