John O Donnell

John O Donnell (Lord Edward Street, Kilkenny City) died peacefully at his residence on Monday 2nd September 2024. Predeceased by his wife Mary and daughter Bridget. Deeply missed by his loving and caring family, his daughters Caroline and Patricia, sons-in-law Kevin and Gary, grandson Elvis and his adored grandchildren, Nathan, Ciara, Nadine, Bronwyn, Michael, Roslyn, Carol, Craig, John, Isabelle and Imogen. John will be deeply regretted by his great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, loyal neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

John will repose at his daughter and son-in-law’s residence Caroline and Kevin, 25 Connolly Street, Kilkenny City on Wednesday evening, 4th September 2024, from 5pm to 7pm with rosary and vigil prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Thursday (5th) at 11am in St. Canice’s Church, Kilkenny City, followed by burial in Foulkstown Cemetery.

The Funeral Cortege will walk from the church to the Waterford Road enroute to Foulkstown Cemetery.
