The death has occurred of John O’Connor, Porridgetown, Oughterard, Co. Galway, on the 21st of July 2022. Peacefully at UHG, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his brothers James, Mike, Matt and Morgan, and his sisters Nan, Nora, Eileen and Julia. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, his sons Willie, Morgan, Martin (Murt),Timothy (Tim) and his daughter Mary, daughters-in-law Maura, Sarah, Cora, Michelle and son in law Gary, his sister Marie (New York), grandchildren Sean, Dylan, Laura, Kathryn, Daniel, Eoghan, Tadhg, Jack and Jessica, nieces, nephews, many relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Walsh’s Funeral Home, Oughterard, on Saturday, the 23rd of July, from 6pm. Removal at 7.30pm to The Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Killannin. Requiem Mass at 12.30pm on Sunday, the 24th of July. Burial afterwards in Kilcummin Cemetery, Oughterard.
