O'NEILL John (Middle Eyre Street, Newbridge, Co. Kildare), Peace Commissioner, Retired County Councillor and Town Commissioner - 29th February 2024 (peacefully) in his 92nd year after a short illness.

Predeceased by his adored wife Elizabeth (Betty) and daughter Fiona.

Sadly missed by his adored son Kieran, daughter-in-law Margaret, grandsons Jonathan and Dane, beloved great-grandson Beau, brother Maurice, sisters Judy and Elizabeth (Liz), sister-in-law Pat, nieces and nephews Oonagh, Mairead, Billy, Kate, Adrienne, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Anderson & Leahy’s funeral home, Henry Street, Newbridge from 3pm on Sunday with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Monday morning at 10.30am to arrive at the Dominican College Church, Newbridge for 11am Mass. Funeral afterwards to St. Conleth’s Cemetery, Newbridge.
