John Scales, Old Borris, Castletown, Portlaoise, Co. Laois and formerly of Doolin, Co. Clare. November 27th. 2022 (Suddenly) at his home. Predeceased by his brother Thomas and sister Cathleen. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by his loving wife Joan, sons Michael, John, Anthony and Patrick, daughters Joanna, Mary, Jacqueline and Claire, sisters Mary, Helen and Jane, sister in law Margaret, grandaughter Caitlin, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing in Guilfoyle's Funeral Home, Castletown, Eircode  R32 TN84  this Wednesday evening (Nov. 30th.) from 6 o'c  with rosary in the funeral home at 8 o'c. Funeral Mass this Thursday (Dec. 1st.) at 12 noon in St. Edmund's Church, Castletown followed by interment in St. Fintan's Cemetery, Mountrath.
