SHERWOOD (Hollystown, Co. Dublin, formerly of Adare, Co. Limerick and former Captain of Castleknock Golf Club) October 23rd. 2023 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at St. Vincents Hospital, Elm Park. John, beloved husband of Jackie (Jacinta) (nee McLoughlin) and dear father of Alex and Sam and a devoted grandfather. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons, daughters, daughter-in-law Kayla, Ana, brother David, sister Doreta, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Clonsilla Road on (Friday) evening from 6pm to 8pm. Removal to St. Mochta’s Church, Porterstown on (Saturday) morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Edgewortstown Cemetery. (Arriving at 1.30pm approx.)
