The death has occurred of
Joseph (Joe) Hughes
Hughes, formerly of Churchview, Arklow, Co. Wicklow, 4th August 2023, peacefully in the loving care of his family and the wonderful staff at the Wicklow Hospice, Magheramore. Joe beloved father of Joseph, Noleen, Ashling, Margaret and Nicole, loving grandad of Tyra, Sarah, Seán, Amy, AJ, JD, Maci, Brody and the late Róisín, dearly loved brother of Ciss and the late Joney, Mark, Denis, Richard, Peggy and Benny. He will be sadly missed by his son, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandson Jackson, sister, sons-in-law Anthony, Fran, Evan and Jay, daughter-in-law Trish, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May He Rest in Peace.
Joe will be reposing at Hudson’s Funeral Home (Y14 PT80) on Sunday from 3pm to 6pm, with removal Monday morning at 9.30am to The Church of Saints Mary & Peter, Arklow, arriving for Mass at 10am, followed by burial in St. Gabriel’s Cemetery, Arklow.
