Joseph Smyth
The death has occurred of Joseph Smyth, Glenascaul, Oranmore, Co. Galway, (formerly of Closhrue, Tuam, Co. Galway), December 12th, 2020. Joe passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family in the kind and gentle care of the staff at Galway Hospice. Joe will be sadly missed by his wife Bridie, daughters Berni, Elaine, Joanne and Sarah and grandchildren Dominique, Leah and Hugo.

Funeral cortège will arrive at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore, on Wednesday, 16th December, at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in Renville Cemetery, Oranmore. Donations if desired to Galway Hospice.
In keeping with current Government advice and HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings, the funeral will be for family and close friends only. Those who would like to attend the funeral, but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave your personal message in the condolences section below.
