Josie Casey

The death has occurred of Josie Casey, Modeece, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, Saturday, August 6th, peacefully, at Castleross Retirement Home. Predeceased by her brother Phil, sisters Letitia, Lily, May and Rosaleen, nieces Mary and Geraldine, nephew Peter. Josie, deeply regretted and remembered with love by her family, nieces and nephews from the Casey, Mc Manus, Mc Cann and Shortt (Manchester) families, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Josie will repose among her family in Modeece and her funeral cortège will travel from the Casey family home in Modeece on Tuesday morning at 10:30am to arrive at St Mary’s Church, Castleblayney, for funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. House private to family and neighbours please.
