Kathleen Bernadette Lyons (Née Flanagan), Shanbally, Craughwell, Co. Galway, formerly of Ardboley, Balla, Co Mayo and Birmingham, England. Died peacefully following illness on 11th December 2018. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Michael, her daughters Margaret and Caroline, her brothers Tommy, Mick, Billy, Mattie, her sister Bridgie and her grandson Declan. Devoted mother to Matthew, Joseph and Michael, fondly remembered by her daughters-in-law, Frances, Colette and Linda, her doting grandchildren, brother Gerald and sister Maureen, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, the extended family, neighbours and her many friends.
Reposing with her late husband Michael at Cawley’s Funeral Home, Craughwell, Wednesday 12th December from 6pm to 8pm. Kathleen and Michael’s funeral cortege will arrive at St. Coleman’s Church, Craughwell on Thursday 13th December for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial will take place afterwards in Ballymore Cemetery, Craughwell. Family flowers only. House private on Thursday morning.
