Kathleen (Cáit) Byrne
(née Rabbitte)
Baylough, Athlone & formerly Craughwell, Co. Galway,
Peacefully at home, aged 91 years, surrounded by her family, supported by a wonderful team of carers, after an illness I borne with exceptional courage, patience and good-humour. Predeceased by her beloved husband Jimmy and son Kevin, her sister Mary and brothers Jack, Pat and Willie. She was dearly loved and will be sorely missed by her heartbroken family, daughter Marie (Staunton), sons Seamus and Dermot, son-in-law Mike, daughters-in-law Paula and Eileen, 7 dearly loved grandchildren Peter, Susannah, Simone, James, Tomás, Liam and Ellen, sister-in-law Mary and her relatives and many friends.
May She Rest In Peace.
Reposing at her home on Sunday from 3 to 7pm, with removal to SS Peter and Paul's Church, to arrive at 7:30pm, Requiem Mass Monday, at 12 noon, which will be live streamed via https://www.
Followed by burial in Cornamagh Cemetery.
