The death has occurred of Kathleen Murray (nee Loftus) on the 15 April 2023. Ballyhale, Headford, Co. Galway and formerly of Attymass, Ballina Co Mayo. Peacefully in the kind care of the staff of University Hospital Galway, and formerly of Stella Maris Nursing Home, Cummer, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her late husband Matt Murray, parents Ned and May Loftus, brother Ted Loftus, brothers in law Padraic Murray, Jim Finn and Sean Ferguson. Deeply regretted by her loving sons Pete and Muredach, sisters Teresa (Nottingham), Evelyn (Ballina) and brother John (Dublin), sisters in law, brother in law, daughters in law Sandra and Claire. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Aaron, Conor and Shauna, nieces and nephews, neighbours, relatives and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at Ryder's Funeral Home, Headford (H91R2V6), on Tuesday, 18th April, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon in St Mary's Church, Claran (H91 A03O), with burial afterwards in Cargin Cemetery. Mass can be viewed on the following link: https://www.churchtv.ie/claran/.
