Leo Gardner, Ard Aoibhinn, Athenry, Co Galway. He will be sadly missed by his wife Marie (née Whelan), his daughters Michelle, Sharon, Leonie and son Paul, his cherished grandchildren, sons-in-law Simon, Noel, and Nick, daughter-in-law Laura, sister Kathleen, brothers Bobby and Gabriel, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his sisters Mary and Detta, brothers Paddy and Frankie.

Reposing at Gardner’s Funeral Home, Athenry on Sunday December 11th from 4:00 p.m. Removal at 6:00 p.m. to the Church of the Assumption, Athenry. Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery, Athenry. Mass will be streamed live on https://churchmedia.tv/st-marys-parish-1 and can be listened to on parish radio 106.5 fm.
