Liam died suddenly at University College Hospital Galway. Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Bridgie Hans. Liam is deeply mourned by his loving wife Christina (Nevin) and daughter Rebecca, brother Paddy (Co.Tyrone) and sister Margaret Nestor (Milltown, Co. Galway), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunt Teresa Chrystal (Sligo), nephews, nieces, his other family at Warde’s Bar, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Liam’s funeral cortege will leave his house on Saturday (9th May) at 2.30p.m. for Funeral Mass at 3p.m. in St Colman’s Church, Claremorris (via Church back avenue) with burial afterwards in St Colman’s Cemetery. Due to current government guidelines on public gatherings, a private family only funeral will take place. House, Church and Cemetery strictly private please. His funeral Mass will be relayed on the local Church radio on 106FM
A memorial Mass to celebrate Liam’s life will be offered at a later date. The family would like to thank you for your understanding at this very difficult time.
