The death has occurred of Margaret Hickey (nee Jordan) of Lisclogher, Delvin, Co. Westmeath and formerly of Stradone, Co. Cavan on the 22nd August 2021, peacefully after a short illness at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar. Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Margaret, her husband Tommy and son Mark. Loving mother of Thomas, Margaret, Teresa, Philip, Terry and Jimmy. Margaret will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters, daughters in law, sons in law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, relatives and friends.

Keeping in line with government guidelines in respect of public gatherings, Margaret's Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday morning at 11am (with 50 in attendance) in St. Livinius Church, Killulagh. The funeral cortege will leave her home at 10.15am travelling via Crowenstown/Delvin. Burial takes place in Clifferna cemetery, Stradone, Co. Cavan, arriving at 1.45pm approx.
