On the 30th October 2021, Margaret died peacefully surrounded by her loving family following a sudden illness. Pre deceased by her beloved sons, Tadgh and Donal, and brother Dan. Deeply regretted by her loving husband, Con, sons John and Niall, sisters Eileen, Nono, Ann, Betty and Hannah Mary. Deeply cherished by her grandsons Conor and Jamie and sadly missed by daughters in law Carol and Margaret, nieces, nephews, extended family, kind neighbours, wide circle of friends and nursing colleagues.

In keeping with government and HSE guidelines, Margaret’s funeral is open to family, close friends and neighbours. Reposing at Fitz-Geralds Funeral Home, Macroom from 6:30pm  with Prayers at 8:30pm on Tuesday the 2nd of November.

Margaret’s funeral cortege will complete a final journey leaving her residence at 11:45am, on Wednesday the 3rd November to St Finbarr's Church, Toames (P12A593), with the Requiem mass at 12:30pm and Funeral afterwards to Terelton Cemetery.
