The death has occurred of Margaret (Peggy) Newman, Hiskinstown, Delvin, Co. Westmeath and formerly of The Paddock, Kilmacanogue, Co. Wicklow, on the 15th August, 2022 in her 95th year, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Sean, son in law Colm, grandson Martin, sister Mary and brother Owen. Loving mother of P.J., Martin, Mel, Mary, Gerry, Carmel, Noeleen, John, Paul, Bernie, Ollie and Declan.
Peggy will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters, sons in law, daughters in law, brother Bob (Waterford), 27 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, sister in law Mary, nephews, nieces, extended family, fellow members of Delvin Friendship Club, her neighbours and many friends.
May Peggy's gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at St. Camillus Nursing Centre Chapel, Killucan, Co. Westmeath this Wednesday evening from 4pm concluding with Mass at 6pm. Funeral Mass takes place on Thursday afternoon at 12 noon in St. Livinius Church, Killulagh, (Eircode N91HP66))) with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The family would like to acknowledge and thank Peggy's carers and the doctors and nursing staff of the Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar for their care of Peggy. The family are very conscious of the fact that Covid is still present and would appreciate if social distancing, wearing of face masks and no hand shaking took place at the funeral services.
