Margaret (Rita) O’Brien née McGovern, Liam Leech Terrace, Drogheda. 6th January 2025. Peacefully at Gormanston Wood Nursing Home in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Margaret, husband Michael, brother-in-law Noel and nephew Martin-Noel. Margaret will be remembered by her sister Christina, sister-in-law Teresa, nephews Tony and Raymond, grand-nieces Sarah and Veronica, extended family and friends including The Widows Association.

May Margaret’s gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda A92 XN75, on Friday from 5pm until 7pm.

Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 12 noon in St. Peter’s Church, West Street, Drogheda and can be viewed live at www.saintpetersdrogheda.ie with burial afterwards in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
