Margaret Smyth née Gilsenan, Stamullen, Co. Meath and formerly of Oldcastle, Co. Meath and Cabinteely, Co. Dublin. 10th February 2025, Peacefully in the care of the wonderful staff in Silverstream Nursing Home, Duleek, following a long and happy life. Predeceased by her loving husband Jim and brother Carl. Loving Mum to Daphne, Mark, Allen and Aoife. Margaret will be sadly missed by her daughters, sons, Daphne’s partner Colin, daughters-in-law Jen and Orla, son-in-law Michael, grandchildren Liam, Maedbh and Oisín, brother Noel, sisters Betty and Lorna, Liam’s fianceè Hannah, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda (A92 XN75) on Friday from 4pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 10am in Our Lady of Good Councel Church, Killiney (A96 AY24) which can be viewed live on Johnstown Killiney Parish - Live Streaming of Services. Burial will take place afterwards in Shanganagh Cemetery, Dublin.
