(née Scanlon)

The death has occurred of Marie Flynn, (nee Scanlon), Lahard, Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim and formerly Boyle Co. Roscommon. Friday 9th February 2024, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital.

 

Predeceased by her parents Frances & Jack Scanlon, her brother Mick and her cousin Thomas Coggins.

 

Marie will be sadly missed by her husband Pius, son Ian, daughters Dawn, Tina & Karen, twin brother John, son-in-law Evan, grandchildren Faya, Olly, Leah, Marc, Shane & Katelyn, her beloved cousin Mary Cox, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Smith's Funeral Home, High Street, Ballinamore (N41TD62) on Monday evening from 6pm until 8pm

Removal from her home in Lahard on Tuesday afternoon arriving to St. Patrick’s Church Ballinamore for Funeral Mass at 1.30pm followed by cremation at the Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Rd.Cavan at 3.45pm.
