Gaelcarrig Park, Newcastle, Galway and formerly Presentation Road, Galway, 8th February 2023, peacefully at home, in her 104th year. Pre-deceased by her daughter Shirley, husband Geoff, and brothers Michael and Ned. Dearly loved mother of June. Sadly, missed by her loving family her daughter June, son-in-law Tommy (Hayes), grandchildren Paul, Derek, and Gary, great-grandchildren Tommy, Jamie, Amy, Calum, and Corey, Paul’s wife Marcella, Derek’s wife Anita, and Millie and Barney the dogs, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Conneely’s Funeral Home, Flood Street, Galway, on Sunday, 12th February, from 4pm. Removal at 6pm to St. Joseph’s Church, Presentation Road. Requiem Mass for Marie on Monday, 13th February, at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Forthill Cemetery.
