MARTIN DUGGAN

Duggan Martin. Ashbrook House, Bolands Lane, Gort, Co. Galway and late of Achill Sound, Co. Mayo. Peacefully on the 6th of January 2022 in the tender loving care of the staff at Ashbrook House.

Predeceased by his loving mother Mary and Aunt Ann.

Fondly remembered by his loving cousins in America, relatives, neighbours, his wonderful carers and friends in Ashbrook House, the brothers of charity services Gort, and by the people of Gort and Achill.

Martin’s funeral will take place in line with current Covid 19 guidelines.

Requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday 11th of January at 10am in The Church of Mary Immaculate, Achill Sound. Burial afterwards in Glencoe Cemetery. The Mass can be viewed on the Achill live streaming facebook page.

Martin's family and friends are very mindful of the current Covid 19 situation and wish for people to stay safe and well at this time. There is no obligation on persons to attend the funeral, a message of condolence is most welcome and is much appreciated by the family. Those attending the funeral are kindly asked to please wear a face mask and refrain from sympathising and handshaking at all times.
