Martin Foley

Martin, (retired Defence Forces) formerly of Ballyfermot, Dublin, died peacefully on 21st, August, 2024 in the wonderful care of his family and the staff of St Joseph's Hospital, Dublin Rd, Longford.

Predeceased by his parents Joe and Margaret and sister Joan.

Martin will be forever missed and always remembered by his loving family, son Joe, daughter Sharon and her partner Mark and their mother Ann, his beloved grandchildren Danielle, Alanna, Stanley, Joe and Molly, great-grandchild Jaimee Leigh, Martin's fiancée Sharon and her children Sophie and Shauna (his special friends), brothers Joe, David and Daniel, sisters Annette, Christine and Susan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and his many great friends.

Always in our thoughts, Forever in our hearts.

Rest in Peace Martin.

Reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church St, Longford, N39 KN66 on Thursday 22nd from 6pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Removal on Friday 23rd from his daughters's home (14 Oakvale, Longford) to arrive to St. Mel's Cathedral, for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Following Mass, Martin will be laid to rest in Ballymacormack Cemetery.
