O’Keeffe (Mitchelstown, Co. Cork & Meanus, Co. Limerick, on June 21st, 2016, peacefully, Mary-Alice O’Keeffe, Meanus, Co. Limerick and formerly of Mitchelstown, Co. Cork. Beloved daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth O'Keeffe (nee Howard) and loving sister of the late John, Edmund, Michael, Brigid and Elizabeth. Sadly missed by her sister Mrs Margaret O'Keeffe, her nieces Dr Maria Barnard, Mrs Ann Tyson and Ms Patricia Barnard, her nephew Mr Michael Barnard and extended family, relatives and friends.

Mary Alice's Memorial Mass will be held in the Church of Mary Conceived Without Sin, Mitchelstown, on Tuesday, June 25th, at 12.00 noon. Burial of ashes immediately afterwards in the Old Church Cemetery. Funeral Mass will be live streamed on http://www.mitchelstownparish.ie/
