MEADE (Leesdale, Model Farm Road and formerly of Roberts Street, Mitchelstown): On 26th December 2022, peacefully in the presence of her loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at the Cork University Hospital, MARY ANN (née Scarry) wife of the late Michael, much loved mother of Martin, Michael, Alan, Mary, John and Gordon, dear sister of Kitty, Margaret, Nora, Paddy, Frank and the late John and Joe, best friend of Finbarr.

Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Pauline, Catherine, Martina, Margaret and Sinead, son-in-law Joe, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing in the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Thursday (December 29th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Friday (December 30th) in St. Joseph’s SMA Church, Wilton which can be viewed on

Funeral afterwards to St. John’s Cemetery, Ballinrea.
