Burke, Mary (née Callanan) Woodford, Co. Galway -23rd February 2022, peacefully in the care of St Patrick’s Ward at University Hospital Galway,  surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Christy. Mary will be sadly missed by her daughter Teresa (Hanbury), son Noel, and dearly cherished Tricia.  She will be fondly remembered by her son-in-law Christy, Noel’s partner Aoife and Tricia’s partner Nick. Dearly missed by her grandchildren John, Colin, Sean and by her brothers Mikey (Cappagh), Tommy (Killimor), Paddy and sister-in-law Ann (Portumna), and her sister-in-law Veronica O’ Halloran (Clonmoylan).  Forever in the hearts of nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, friends and the local community.

Rest in Peace

Mary will be reposing at St Mary’s Funeral Home in Woodford (H62 YV04) on Friday, 25th February, from 5pm until 7pm. Mary’s funeral cortége will leave her home in Woodford on Saturday 26th at 12.30pm to arrive at St John the Baptist Church, Woodford for Requiem Mass at 1pm.
