The death has occurred of
Mary Evelyn (Evie) Horgan
(née Manning)
Horgan (née Manning), Mary Evelyn (Evie) – (Killester and late of Fairview and Cork City) – August 17th, 2023 – (peacefully) in the loving care of her family, at home; beloved wife of the late Peter, loving mother of Derek and Evelyn, and cherished granny Evie to Leslie, Emmet, Hazel, Sean, Alison and David and great-gran to Eva, Cara and Juliette.
Sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law John, daughter-in-law Bernadette, her grandchildren’s partners Kevin, Niamh, Jason and Taís, extended family, relatives and friends.
Evie will be reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand on Sunday (August 20th) from 3pm to 5pm, with family in attendance.
Removal to the Church of Our Lady of Consolation, Donnycarney on Monday (August 21st) arriving at 10.55am for 11am Requiem Mass followed by burial at St. Fintan’s Cemetery, Sutton.
