Mary Gannon (nee Geraghty), Kilgalligan, Carrowteigue, Ballina, Co. Mayo, suddenly at her residence on the 18th of October 2021.
Predeceased by her husband Paddy, son Anthony and mother Lizzie.
Mary will be sadly missed by her loving and devoted family, son Paraic, daughters Caroline, Regina and Connie, brothers Mickey McGrath (Kilgalligan) and Sean McGrath (Porturlin), sisters Bridie O Malley (Kilgalligan), Annie Curley (Kilgalligan) and Lily Coyle (Knocknalower), brother in law John Gannon (Kilgalligan), sister in law Bridie O'Sullivan (Dublin), grandchildren Luke, Aoibheann, Sarah, Katie and Ada, sons in law, daughter in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
May Mary’s Kind and Gentle Soul Rest In Peace
Remains will repose at her residence on Thursday afternoon from 3 o clock until 9 o clock. Funeral cortège will leave her residence in Kilgalligan on Friday afternoon the 22nd of October at 12:30 to arrive at The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Carrowteigue, for funeral Mass at 1 o'clock. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in Kilgalligan Cemetery.
Streaming of Mary’s funeral services will be available for viewing on Healy’s Funeral Directors Facebook Page on Friday evening.
Due to the lifting of Covid 19 restrictions on Friday the 22nd of October, the church can be filled to full capacity for Mary’s funeral mass with all attendees wearing face coverings.
A memorial Mass for the repose of Mary’s soul will be held at a later date which will be announced in due course. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated by the family at this difficult time.
