Mary Kate Egan, (née Kenny)

Ballycumber Road, Ferbane.

Mary Kate died on June 6th 2021, peacefully in her 95th year, in the wonderful care of the staff of Ferbane Care Centre, with her family by her side.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Willie Kieran, grandson Kieran, parents Andrew and Roseanne, brothers Pakie and Tommy and sisters Lizzie and Rosie.

Mary Kate will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving family, Kieran (Australia), Rose, Noel, Teresa and Fidelma, grandchildren Conor and Danny (Australia), Seán, Neassa, Tara, Lily and Ellen, great-grandson Blair (Australia), sisters Philomena  and Vera, in-laws, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

In the interest of Public Health, Mary Kate's funeral will be private. Her family thank you for your support and understanding at this difficult time.

A private Family Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday (June 8th) in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ferbane at 3pm (Max 50 people) which may be viewed on www.ferbaneparish.ie . Interment afterwards in Kilrehan Cemetery.

Friends and neighbours are welcome to stand along the route to the church and cemetery while following Social Distancing Rules.
