Mary Nagle
(née Scanlon)
NAGLE (Cork) on October 14th, 2023 (peacefully) in the exceptional care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the Cork University Hospital, MARY (nee Scanlon), late of Douglas Nursing Home, Ascension Heights and Easons Hill. Beloved wife of the late John, loving mother of Josephine, Betty, Bernadette and the late Dr. Peirce and loving sister of Dommie and the late Margaret, Pauline, Lena, Eileen, Aggie, Finbarr & David. Sadly missed by her loving daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law Mary, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends.
Visitation on Wednesday (18th) at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge, from 5:00om to 6:00pm with prayers at 5:45pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday (19th) at 1:30pm at the North Cathedral. Mary’s Requiem Mass can be viewed at https://www.corkcathedral.ie/live-stream/. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
