Mary O'Mahony
(née Fitzgerald)
O’Mahony (East View, Ballinora, Waterfall, Nr. Cork and late of Bandon) On July 3rd 2023, peacefully at Cork University Hospital, Mary (née Fitzgerald), beloved wife of the late Denis and loving mother of Gerald, Paula, John, Helen, Catherine, Deirdre, Denis and Damien. Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Brian and Kieran, daughters-in-law Yvonne and Eleanor, Damien’s partner Erika, grandchildren James, Seán, Ellen, Clíona, Jake, Katelyn, Róisín, Catriona, Kian, Denis, Mairéad and Kevin, relatives, neighbours and good friends.
Rest in peace.
Lying in repose at her home East View, Ballinora, (Eircode T12 AY6P) Wednesday (5th) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Requiem Mass at 12 noon Thursday (6th) in St James’ Church, Ballinora which can be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/ballinora. Funeral afterwards to the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to CUH Charity https://www.cuhcharity.ie/donate-page/. Mary’s family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Cork University Hospital, for the excellent care given to her.
