Mary Whelan
(née Gannon)
Whelan (Fermoy) peacefully on July 20th 2023, surrounded by her loving family & in the loving tender care of the doctors, nurses & staff of Cork University Hospital. Mary (née Gannon) Cluain Dara, Fermoy, beloved wife of the late Patrick & mother of the late Mark. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons David, Noel, Alan & Derek, daughters Lorraine & Faye, brother & sisters, brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews & nieces, relatives, neighbours & friends.
May She Rest In Peace
Reception into St. Patrick’s Church, Fermoy, on Thursday July 27th 2023 at 1.45pm for Requiem Mass at 2pm, followed by burial in Kilcrumper New Cemetery, Fermoy. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to the Irish Heart Foundation.
