The death has occurred of
Matthew Brophy
Matthew Brophy Colliers Lane, Portlaoise and formerly of Lough, Portarlington. Died unexpectedly at Portlaoise General Hospital surrounded by his family. Sadly missed by his wife Pauline, his children Mark, Yvonne and Attracta, daughter-in-law Sinead and son-in-law Joe, his six grandchildren Robbie, Leah, Arabella, Jessica, Paige and Brody, his brothers Sean and Seamus and his sisters Maura, Sadie, Christine and the late Elizabeth Duffy, sisters and brothers in law, nieces & nephews, extended family and friends and his retired Portlaoise Prison officer colleagues.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at his home on Colliers Lane (R32TFV4) on Wednesday evening from 5pm with rosary at 8pm. Funeral leaving from the family home and arriving at SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Portlaoise for 12 noon. Burial after in SS Peter & Pauls Cemetery, Portlaoise.
House private Thursday morning.
