Matthew Greene

The death has occurred of Matthew Greene, Newtown,  Carrigaholt, peacefully at home, in the loving care of his family.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Peggy (nee Foley), daughter Catriona (Roche), son-in-law Pat, beloved grandchildren Matthew, Jason, Colin, Craig and Caitlin. Brother-in-law Tomjoe, sisters-in-law Mary Greene (nee Keane) and Joan Greene, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Predeceased by his brothers Tony, Michael, Benny, Johnny, Andrew and recently Paddy. Sisters Sr. Bridget and Moira.

Reposing in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Cross, on Wednesday evening from 6 p.m. with prayers at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 noon, burial afterwards in Moyarta Cemetery. Funeral Mass can be viewed on the Kilballyowen Parish Facebook Page.
