Maura Ahern

Ahern (Kinsale) on September 11th 2022 peacefully at Cork University Hospital and surrounded by her loving family. Maura (nee Cronin), beloved wife of the late John and dear mother of Lorraine, Stuart and Ainsley and grandmother of the late Cameron (Walsh).

Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Maurice and Maurizio, grandchildren Sinead, Brandon, Rachel, Elora and Giuliano, great-granddaughter Eliza, brother-in-law Michael Ahern, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Kinsale on Tuesday evening from 6pm to 7pm followed by prayers.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 2pm in St. John the Baptist Church, Kinsale which will be livestreamed on www.churchservices.tv/kinsale, followed by cremation at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.

Donations in lieu of flowers to a charity of your own choice or the West Cork Animal Centre.
