MAURA KEOHANE
(née Whelan)

Maura Keohane (nee Whelan), Kileendooling, Midleton (formerly of Broomfield, Midleton), on May 18th 2024, peacefully, at the Mercy Hospital Cork. Predeceased by her beloved husband Batty.

Dearly beloved and greatly missed sister of Monica McAuliffe, much loved aunt of all her nephews and nieces, cherished friend of Eleanor and Sean. Sadly missed by her grandnieces and grandnephews. Deeply regretted and forever missed by all her relatives , extended family, wonderful neighbours and many friends.

Maura’s family would like to thank all the medical staff of the Mercy Hospital, St Francis Unit and Oaklodge Nursing Home for all the tender care she received in recent times.

Lying in repose at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton, on Tuesday from 5pm until 6.30pm followed by reception into the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Mass will be available to view live on the Parish TV Saorview Channel and on www.midletonparish.ie
