Peacefully after a short illness, at UCH, Galway in the company of her loving family. Dearly loved wife of the late John, mother of John (Portlaoise), Mary (Drogheda), Michael (Cappatagle), Patrick (Kilrickle) and Fred (Mallow, Cork).Her sister Katie Duane, mother-in-Law of Anna (Gullane, Portlaoise), Bridget (Cappatagle) Paul & Emer, grand-mother to Shane, David, Ian, Moira, Paula, John, Amy, Tom, great-grandmother to Lucie. Maureen will be greatly missed by her family, grandchildren and great-grandchild, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, sister in law Gertie, Frank, Sharon, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Spain’s Funeral Home, Main Street, Ballinasloe on Tuesday, June 3rd, from 4.30pm with removal to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Kilrickle at 8pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday, June 4th, at 12 noon in Our Lady’s of Lourdes Church, Kilrickle. Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
