The death has occurred, in her 82nd year, of Maureen McDonnell (née Fagan), Saint Oliver's Park, Kilsaran, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Broomfield House, Castleross Nursing Home, Carrickmacross, surrounded by her family. Maureen, beloved wife of the late Benny and loving mother of Sandra, Belinda and Fionnuala. Predeceased by her son Martin, daughter Sharon and brothers Matt, Sean and Joe. Deeply regretted by her daughters, grandchildren Sophie, Matthew, Ciarán, Jessica and Olivia, sisters Lily, Kathleen, Bridie and Esther, sons-in-law Philip and Robert, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer (Eircode A92 V38H) from 3pm until 8pm on Easter Sunday. Removal on Monday morning at 10.30am to Saint Mary’s Church, Kilsaran, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am which can be viewed live at https://churchmedia.tv/saint-marys-roman-catholic-church-kilsaran. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Messages of sympathy may be left in the Condolence section below.
