The death has occurred of Maureen West nee Connolly, Straghan, Silverstream, Co Monaghan, Saturday July 17th 2021, peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her infant twins and mother Margaret. Maureen, deeply regretted and remembered with love by her sons Michael, Patrick, Colin and Declan, daughters Catherine (Lynch) and Maureen (Coyle), husband Michael, daughters in law Dianne, Margaret and Erika, sons in law Peter and Liam, her cherished grandchildren Ethan, Jay, Chloe, Holly, Mia and Jack, close cousins, relatives and many good friends.

Maureen's funeral cortège will travel from her residence on Tuesday morning at 10.30am to arrive at St Macartan's Cathedral, Monaghan (via The Emyvale Rd) for funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in Latlurcan Cemetery. Funeral Mass will be live streamed on the link https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/st-macartans-cathedral-monaghan
Due to current restrictions on numbers at funeral ceremonies, Maureen’s funeral Mass and Wake will be private to her family. Those who would have liked to attend but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave a personal message for the family in the condolence section below.
