Maurice (Mossie) O'Regan

O'Regan (Ballydonis, Kilbrittain) on December 11th 2024, unexpectedly but peacefully in the exceptional care of the Doctors, nurses and staff of Cork University Hospital and surrounded by his loving family. Mossie (in his 92nd year), beloved husband of Betty (nee Hayes) and loving father of Margaret, Cathy, Eilish (O'Donovan) and Terry, brother of the late William, Kitty, Peggy O'Sullivan, Paddy and the recently deceased Mona Ahern.

 

Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, his much loved grandchildren Josh, Jennifer and Saoirse, son-in-law Brian, sisters-in-law Kitty and Kathleen, brother-in-law Michael, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and his many friends.

 

Mossie will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O' Donovan's Funeral Home, Bandon on Thursday (12th) from 5pm followed by prayers at 7pm.

 

Requiem Mass on Friday at 12 noon in St.Patrick's Church, Kilbrittain, funeral afterwards to the adjoining Cemetery.

The family would like to thank all of the wonderful staff in Haven Bay Care Centre, Kinsale for all of their care and kindness shown to Mossie during his time in Haven Bay.
