Michael Flaherty

Flaherty, Michael, 4th May 2023 (late of Perrystown, Lisdoonvarna and formerly of Guinnes). Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff in St James’s Hospital. Beloved husband and best friend to his late wife Maura, loving  dad of Patrick, Ciaran and Paul, adored grandad of Philip, Michelle, Paul, Kevin, Michael and newly arrived great-grand-daughter  Hailey.

Michael will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his children, grandchildren, great-granddaughter, daughters-in-law Colette and Patricia, sisters Maureen, Dolly and Ann, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and his wide circle of friends. Special thanks to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Monday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11am in Church of the Holy Spirit, Kimmage Manor followed by burial in Rathwire Cemetery, Killucan, Co. Westmeath.
