Michael Lohan passed away peacefully on Christmas Eve, in the wonderful care of the Galway Hospice. The family would also like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at University Hospital Galway for their compassionate care of Michael in recent weeks. Predeceased by his parents Julia and Michael, his sisters Maureen and Angela, and his brothers John-Joe and Oliver. He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Cathy, his sister Sheila (Glynn), sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Michael will repose at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, 100 Terenure Road North, on Friday, 27th December, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Saturday morning, 28th December, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Agnes' Church, Crumlin. Burial will take place afterwards in Palmerstown Cemetery.
