Michael McGivney, Crenew Lane, Kilnaleck, Co. Cavan. Sunday, September 22nd (peacefully) at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Bernard and Maggie, sisters Madge McGivney and Noreen McElchar, brothers-in-law Charlie Fleming and Tony McElchar.

Michael will be sadly missed by his sister Rose Fleming (Drumlion, Ballinagh), his many nieces and nephews, the extended McGivney and Cahill Families, his wonderful neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Briody's Funeral Home Kilnaleck on Monday evening from 6pm to 8pm. Removal on Tuesday from his sister Rose's home (Drumlion) to St. Joseph's Church, Drumkilly arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired, to Palliative Care c/o Briody's Funeral Home or any family member. The Family wish to thank the Staff of Medical 1, Cavan General Hospital for the excellent care and attention given to Michael over the past five weeks and to his carers who cared for him in his home. Your kindness will never be forgotten
