The death has occurred of Michael “Mick” Sweeney of Nottingham UK and formerly of Tarmons, Tarbert in his 96th year. Pre-deceased by his wife Shelia, his parents John and Ellen (nee Brandon) Sweeney of Tarmons Tarbert, sisters Mary Flahive (Ballylongford), Margaret Keating (Ballylongford), Helena Lacey (USA), Josie Fox (UK), Nora and Bridie Sweeney, brothers John, Jimmy and Ned. Deeply regretted by his loving family and friends.
