Michael Mooney

Mooney, Cartown, Termonfeckin, Co. Louth. Michael (Formerly of JF Farm Machinery, Former P.R.O. and lifelong member of St. Fechins GAA). Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Predeceased by his parents Dermot and Lily and brother Jim. Beloved husband to Jo (Josephine) and loving Dad to Audrey, Michelle and David. Sadly missed by his wife and family, sons in law Jay and Kevin and daughter in law Nicole, grandchildren Emma, Sarah, Niamh, Gemma and Grace, brother Anton, sisters Mary, Rita, Imelda, Angela and Clare, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and neighbours.

In keeping with current Government guidelines Michael’s Funeral can have up to 50 family and friends in attendance. Reposing in Townley's Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 5pm until 8pm with social distancing to be observed at all times. Removal from his daughter Michelle’s home on Friday, 30th July, at 10.40am arriving to The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Termonfeckin for Funeral Mass at 11am  which will be streamed live on www.termonfechinparish.ie.  also streaming live on

Burial afterwards in Termonfeckin Old Cemetery.
