Michael Moroney
Michael Moroney, Newtown, Kiltoom, Athlone, Co. Roscommon, Friday, May 6th 2022, peacefully, at Roscommon University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his beloved son Ian. Sadly missed by his loving wife Mai, son Michael (Mullingar), daughters Annette Menton (Ashbourne), Christine Martin, (Kiltoom) and Caroline Shine (Kiltoom), Michael's partner Teresa, sons in law Colm, Gerry and Cyril, grandchildren, Karen, Bryan, Ciara, Thomas, Robert and Luke, great-grandson Ryan, extended family and his many good friends.
May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Michael will repose at St Brigid's Funeral Home, Brideswell (N37 EK88) on Sunday evening (May 8th) (Walk through only) from 4:30 o'c with removal at 6:45 o'c to the Church of the Risen Christ, Kiltoom arriving at 7:30 o'c. Mass of the Resurrection on Monday morning (May 9th) at 11 o'c with burial afterwards in the local cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, in lieu, if desired, to Mayo/Roscommon Hospice Foundation.
