Michael Ryan

The death has occurred of Michael P. Ryan, of The Strand, Ennis Road, Limerick, formerly of Ardykeohane, Bruff, Co. Limerick. Former Garda, Special Branch, IDA, founding Director of Plassey Technological Park and Chairman of the Civil Defence. Peacefully surrounded by his family at Milford Hospice, 13th September 2024.

Deeply loved and will be sadly missed by his wife Madeleine, daughter Jennifer and son Paul. Also his daughter-in-law, Noelle, and grandchildren Alanna, Jack and Ellen. Brother to Conor, Bríd, Eileen, Seán and Myra. Predeceased by his brother Denis. Brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Butler's Funeral Home, Bruff, Co. Limerick (V35 XD34) this Sunday evening, 15th September, from 5.30 pm to 7pm. Arriving to Ss. Peter and Paul's Church, Bruff on Monday morning, September 16th, for Requiem Mass at 11.30 am, followed by cremation service at Shannon Crematorium at 2 pm.
