Noreen Sutton

Sutton (Durrus and formerly of Formby, Liverpool): On January 16th 2024, peacefully in her 94th year in the wonderful care of staff at Aperee Living Nursing Home, Bantry. Noreen, beloved wife of the late Peter, loving mother of Paul Sutton and Helen Shannon (Brahalish) and dear sister of Joan Aitken. Sadly missed by her loving son, daughter, sister, daughter-in-law Alison, son-in-law David, grandchildren Michelle, Pauly, Philip and Ciara, great-grandchildren Riley and Hayley, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

May she rest in peace.

A special thanks to all the staff and nurses at Aperee Living, Bantry, to her GP Dr. Paul O’Sullivan, Dr. Gitte Wieneke, all at Marino Medical Centre and home helps for the wonderful care and kindness shown to Noreen, it is very much appreciated by her family.

Reposing at St James Church, Durrus on Friday, Jan. 19th, from 5pm to 6.30pm, with prayers at 6.30pm. Funeral service on Saturday, Jan. 20th, at 12noon followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to RAWR, (Rural Animal Welfare Resources) Bridge Street, Bantry.
